Return & Refund Policy

At Glossara, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before reaching out.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Due to hygiene reasons, press-on nails that have been opened or tried on cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used press-on nail sets
  • Nail glue, cuticle oil, or prep kits that have been opened
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@glossara.co.in with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided (return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
